Ziynet Sali, born on April twenty-ninth, nineteen seventy-five, is a talented Cypriot singer who also holds British citizenship. Her musical journey began in Nicosia, where she was born, before moving to England with her family. In nineteen eighty-one, she returned to Cyprus, completing her high school education there. Her passion for music led her to Istanbul in nineteen ninety-four, where she pursued her studies at the ITU Turkish Music State Conservatory, graduating in nineteen ninety-nine.
While still a student, Sali began her professional career as a vocalist. She made her debut in two thousand with her first studio album, Ba-Ba, released by Dost Music, which featured Turkish songs. Her second album, Amman Kuzum, released in two thousand four by Zorba Müzik, expanded her repertoire to include Greek language songs. The following year, a new edition titled Chiculata+1 was released, and in two thousand five, her third studio album, Mor Yıllar, came out under Ozan Video.
In two thousand eight, Sali released Herkes Evine through DMC, followed by a new version titled Bizde Böyle + Herkes Evine. Her first non-album single, Rüya, released in two thousand ten, marked a significant milestone as it reached the top of the Turkish music charts. Continuing her collaboration with DMC, she released Bize Yeter and her first compilation album, Collection.
Her fifth studio album, Sonsuz Ol, was released in two thousand twelve by GNL Entertainment, along with a remix album. The following year, she released her first live album, Bir Akdeniz Rüyası. In two thousand fourteen, she unveiled the single Bugün Adım Leyla and her second live album of the same name. After her sixth studio album, No 6, in two thousand fifteen, Sali continued to release non-album singles, including Ağlar mıyım? Ağlamam, Magic, Deli Divanenim, and Hadi Hoppalara, with Magic being her first English song. Throughout her career, Sali has garnered numerous awards and nominations, including two Turkey Music Awards.
