Anurag Kashyap

Anurag Kashyap, born on September tenth, nineteen seventy-two, is a prominent Indian filmmaker and actor celebrated for his significant contributions to Hindi cinema. With a career spanning over two decades, he has garnered critical acclaim and numerous accolades, including four Filmfare Awards. In recognition of his artistic achievements, the Government of France honored him as a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters in two thousand thirteen.

Kashyap's journey in the film industry began as a co-writer for Ram Gopal Varma's crime drama, Satya, released in nineteen ninety-eight. His directorial debut came with Paanch, a film that faced censorship issues and never saw a theatrical release.
