Baysunghur

Baysunghur, also known as Baysonqor or Baysongor, was born on the sixteenth day of December in the year 1397. As a prominent figure of the Timurid dynasty and a grandson of the legendary conqueror Timur, he carved a unique niche for himself in history.

Throughout his life, Baysunghur was not only a skilled calligrapher but also a statesperson and military leader. His contributions to the arts were particularly noteworthy, as he emerged as a leading patron of Persian miniature painting in Iran. His support for artists and architects helped to foster a vibrant cultural environment during his reign.
