Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Clarice de' Medici

Clarice de' Medici, born on September fourteenth, fourteen eighty-nine, was a prominent socialite and politician in Renaissance Italy. As the daughter of Piero di Lorenzo de' Medici and Alfonsina Orsini, she was deeply rooted in the influential Medici family, being the granddaughter of Lorenzo de' Medici and the niece of Pope Leo X.

After the untimely death of her brother, Lorenzo II de' Medici, in fifteen nineteen, Clarice took on the significant role of educating his daughter, Catherine, who would later become the Queen of France. This responsibility showcased her commitment to her family's legacy and the political landscape of the time.

In fifteen oh eight, Clarice married Filippo Strozzi the Younger, which led her to Rome, where she raised a large family. Together, they had ten children, including notable figures such as Piero Strozzi, a condottiero and Marshal of France, and Lorenzo Strozzi, who became an abbot and Cardinal.

Tragically, Clarice's life was cut short in fifteen twenty-eight due to complications from a stillborn child or a miscarriage. Her legacy, however, continues through her descendants and her contributions to the Medici lineage.
