Glenn Howard

Glenn Howard, born on July seventeenth, nineteen sixty-two, is a retired Canadian curler and esteemed curling coach, celebrated for his remarkable achievements in the sport. With a career that has solidified his status as one of the most decorated curlers in history, Howard has claimed four world championships and four Brier titles, alongside an impressive seventeen Ontario provincial championships. Notably, he set a record by winning eight consecutive provincial titles from two thousand six to two thousand thirteen.

Throughout his illustrious career, Howard has made twenty appearances at the Brier, participating in a total of two hundred twenty-seven games, which ranks him third among all curlers in terms of games played. His competitive spirit and skill have led him to secure fourteen Grand Slam victories, as well as triumphs in prestigious events such as the two thousand one TSN and two thousand thirteen Dominion All-Star Skin Games, and the two thousand ten Canada Cup of Curling.

In addition to his impressive playing career, Glenn Howard has transitioned into coaching, currently guiding his son, Scott Howard, in their Ontario rink. His dedication to the sport continues to inspire both current and future generations of curlers.
