Kim Keon Hee

Kim Keon Hee, born on September second, nineteen seventy-two, is a prominent South Korean entrepreneur and the former first lady of South Korea, serving from 2022 to 2025 as the wife of Yoon Suk Yeol, the thirteenth president of the nation. She is best known for founding Covana Contents, an art exhibition company, where she held the positions of president and chief executive officer from two thousand nine until the company's closure in two thousand twenty-two.

Raised in Yangpyeong County, Kim graduated from Kyonggi University in nineteen ninety-six. Her marriage to Yoon Suk Yeol, who was then a prosecutor in the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, took place in two thousand twelve. Following the presidential election in two thousand twenty-two, Kim became embroiled in various allegations, including accusations of bribery and falsification of academic and financial reports.

On January twenty-eighth, two thousand twenty-six, Kim was sentenced to twenty months in prison for bribery. However, she was acquitted of two other charges related to stock manipulation and violations of political funding laws, with the presiding judge citing insufficient evidence to support her involvement in those matters.
