Maria d'Este

Maria d'Este, born on December eighth, sixteen forty-four, was a prominent figure in the Italian nobility, known for her role as a Modenese princess and the Duchess of Parma. She was the daughter of Francesco I d'Este, Duke of Modena, and Maria Caterina Farnese, which positioned her within a lineage of significant political influence.
