Nazriya Nazim

Nazriya Nazim, born on December twentieth, nineteen ninety-four, is a celebrated Indian actress, producer, and singer, primarily recognized for her work in Malayalam and Telugu cinema. With her charming and vivacious portrayals, she has garnered numerous accolades, including two Kerala State Film Awards, one Tamil Nadu State Film Award, and one Filmfare Award South.

Beginning her career as a presenter in two thousand five, Nazriya transitioned to acting as a child artist before making her lead debut in the Malayalam film Maad Dad in two thousand thirteen. She quickly rose to prominence with successful Tamil films such as Neram, Raja Rani, and Vaayai Moodi Pesavum, all released in two thousand thirteen and fourteen. Her performances in Ohm Shanthi Oshaana and Bangalore Days, both released in two thousand fourteen, solidified her status as a leading actress in Malayalam cinema, earning her the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress.

After marrying fellow actor Fahadh Faasil, Nazriya took a hiatus from acting. However, she made a notable return with the film Koode in two thousand eighteen, which earned her a nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Malayalam. Expanding her repertoire, she ventured into Telugu films with Ante Sundaraniki in two thousand twenty-two, receiving a nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Telugu. In addition to her acting career, Nazriya is also a film producer, co-owning the production company Fahadh Faasil and Friends with her husband.
